Through the COVID-19 Pandemic

Dear Clients, Members, and Colleagues,

TNG's top priority is the health and safety of our dedicated team of professionals. We are taking every precaution possible to protect the health and safety of our team and their families, given the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

As of last Friday, all of our employees are working remotely and our physical offices have been closed. Our plan is to maintain remote work arrangements until the end of March, and then to re-evaluate and extend those arrangements, if warranted, and in compliance with the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control. We are mindful that work-from-home is not just about workplace safety, but about empowering our employees with flexible work schedules to allow them to take care of their families, who are also likely now at home.

TNG's technological capabilities permit everyone on our team to work seamlessly from remote locations. During this period, we will be available to you as always. Your emails and phone calls will be answered in a responsive manner, and the TNG consultants will be working to meet your needs and produce your deliverables in the high quality manner you have come to expect from us. Large, in-person events and training sessions will be rescheduled, and we will keep you informed of those arrangements.

Consulting visits and training will continue by Zoom, and a suite of online courses and certifications is being developed. Already, our program of webinars and 20-Minutes-to…Trained online videos offer you remote access to our subject matter expertise. Two newly-developed webinars about conducting BIT and Title IX programs remotely are offered free for our members.

While it isn’t business as usual, all of us are being forced to innovate, and be more flexible. These extraordinary steps are necessary to preserve the health of our team and help curtail the spread of the virus, while upholding our commitment to you, our clients. This is a time for all of us to show each other grace and compassion and to help each other through this. We’ll be changed, but we’ll emerge and embrace a new normal.

Please respect the need for social distancing as we all do our part to flatten the curve.
